Valentine Allai, A.K.A Valentine Scarlet. Born to the Allai clan, one of the few remaining clans of Firis. For many years the Firis of Altheria have been hunted down, mainly by humans. The Allai clan had been one of three clans that had survived the mass slaughters that had decimated the Firis population. The clan lived in seclusion and thus lived in peace. One day, for some unknown reason, the Allai clan was found by a small army of humans. The entire village was slaughtered, leaving only a small child, hidden under her mother’s corpse, her once strawberry-blonde hair now dyed crimson by the sea of the blood of her people. Valentine was found by a young priest from an Aidrene village that her clan was friendly with. The priest took her back to his village and attempted to raise her, however as soon as she was strong enough and old enough to understand how to live on her own she ran away, training herself how to kill effectively so that she could hunt down every single person that was a part of the army that wiped out her village.

Biography
Valentine is an assassin, recognized by a guild of assassins in Biiree, a country to the west of Lunaria that is comprised of mostly forests, deserts and plains. She has no formal training however she is one of the most skilled assassins known. In most countries she is seen only as a murderer, often called the Scarlet Murderer due to her claret hair and the red rose petals she left at the scene of every murder. In her past Valentine spent her time hunting down every single person whom had been in the army that had wiped out her clan. Now she has killed most of them, only their leader remaining, and has given up actively hunting for him. She still asks around for information, and she still hunts for him, but she spends most of her time working as a mercenary for hire rather than a murderer.
Valentine tends to run into a good deal of trouble everywhere she goes unless the local area is run by the assassin’s guild. The only other place where Valentine is free from being hunted down from her crimes is Lunaria, as the queen sees her crimes as justified and also sees that Valentine is mostly redeemed from her life of crime.
Personality
Valentine is passionate about almost everything she does. She tends to get swept away in her emotions, which tends to cause her and other people a great deal of trouble. Valentine has been a vicious killer, a hard-working mercenary, a determined adventurer, and a carefree rogue. She has the potential to be anything she wishes to be, as long as her past doesn’t come back to haunt her. As of late Valentine has calmed down a good deal and has settled down in a small house not far from Jesai.
Skills and Abilities
- Blaze: Create a sudden wall of flames in an arc, 180 degrees around her. Usually used to keep attackers at bay.
- Roaring Inferno: Set a sudden pillar of flames, 60 ft high and very focused. The flames burn white-hot, last for 10 minutes, and are impossible to put out by mundane means.
Special Items
- Allai Clan Crest: (not quite an item but I’ll list it here) The crest of the Allai clan of Firis, tattooed on the back of her neck. The crest is comprised of a phoenix carrying an obsidian staff.
- Biiree Assassin’s Guild Crest: (again, not an item but I’ll list it) A tattoo on the inside of her left wrist. The crest is comprised of a dagger with ribbons and a bell tied to the hilt and is proof of being a member of the Biiree Assassin’s Guild.
