Shiora is (was) an assassin working with a handful of others whom had been ordered to kill Rainel Celestialia and Rowen Rorinaro back during their days working with a mercenary company. Shiora spared Rowen's life by striking him somewhere non-lethal, convincing the other assassins he was dead. She realized that her orders had sounded a bit fishy and unlike others who only worked for the money Shiora refuses to kill people she considers good people. This resulted in Shiora becoming rather good friends with Rowen and Rainel, remaining for a while as a spy within the assassins, then later continuing to be their friend despite the assassins now chasing her as well.
