Personality

KoSu is an angry person, yet (for the most part) his anger is not directed at any one person. He seems genuinely bored with anger, but can't project any other emotion. He has a hard time taking interest in anything. He constantly runs into things, and seems to eat and sleep very little, or not at all.

Char are used on prisoners to keep them "in their place".They send an extremely painful burn through a person who attempts to leave the Dealla. KoSu has had them for as long as he can remember, which means he can't go outside. A Heula requires contact with pure elemental sources in order to obtain magical energy. The longer one goes without contact, the less power they have, and their mind basically shuts down on them. They loose the will to eat or sleep. Their eyes cross, upsetting their balance and causing them to run into things. They also become mad at everything. Eventually, they lose the will to move, and just kinda waste away. (it takes a few years, though!)
